Points System

While using Syde Protocol, you can earn Syde Karma points (SK points) that reflect your activity on Syde.

Syde Karma represents your on-chain reputation within the Syde ecosystem. The deeper you’re involved in Syde, the more Karma you earn.

Syde Karma points are acquired through the following actions:

• Minting synths

• Staking collateral (TBD)

Syde Karma points are updated every 24 hours. You can view your current points on the leaderboard in the app.syde.fi or via the Telegram Mini App.

After the Token Generation Event (TGE), users may have the opportunity to benefit from their accumulated Syde Karma points, potentially receiving $SYDE tokens based on a distribution strategy and the total SK points collected by users. The specifics of how SK points may be converted into $SYDE tokens will depend on various factors.
